Revit quietly accumulates warnings and hygiene problems that only surface at audit time. Model QA runs Revit's native warnings, a built-in ISO 19650 pack, and your own rules over the model — rooms, sheets, views, levels, worksets, families, links, and more — and shows exactly which elements fail and why.

Features

One Audit View

Every Revit warning plus your QA findings in one list, with counts and a severity colour — Error, Warning, Info. The audit runs when you press Evaluate, and tells you when the rules have changed since the last run.

A side panel lists every element a finding flagged, with the value of each parameter the rule checked, in project units. Duplicates sit next to each other, and each finding carries the rule's To fix instructions.

8 model-health rules — purge candidates, duplicate Mark, unplaced and unenclosed rooms, Revit warnings, expected door and room counts — and 14 ISO 19650 rules for codes, sheets, placeholders, coordinates, links, and imported CAD. Switch any of them on or off.

Custom Rules Without Code

Build a rule as Find, Check, or Count in a visual editor, with conditions and groups nested as deeply as you need, over 14 model sources. The editor autocompletes real categories, families, types, and parameters from the open model.

30 Built-in Functions

Param, Level, Room, IsPlaced, IsOnSheet, IsLinkLoaded, DuplicateCount, Matches, and more — including checks across related elements, like "every level has at least one café". A searchable Function Reference documents every one.

AI Assistant

Describe a check in plain language, or paste a screenshot or markup, and the assistant writes the rule using the names actually in your model. It can also switch rules on and off, run the audit, and explain the results.

IDS Import

Import a client's buildingSMART IDS file and each requirement becomes a rule. Translation layers map IFC names to your Revit families and parameters. Whatever cannot be translated is named at import, never silently dropped.

Shareable Standards

Group rules into categories and export them as .mqarules files, so a company standard travels between projects and teams.

Excel Export

Export the audit — rule, severity, element ids, description — to a workbook for the issue log or deliverable sign-off.

Read-Only & Safe

Your AI,
your choice
and your data

Pick the model. Claude, OpenAI (GPT-6 and newer), Google Gemini — or a model running on your own PC through Ollama, where nothing leaves the machine. Keys and models are set once in Settings, and one picker in the assistant chooses between them.

Keys stay yours. They are encrypted on your PC, for your Windows account only.

Parameter values are never sent to the AI. The only exceptions are room and level names that match a word you asked it to look up, and images you choose to send.

Every change the assistant proposes waits for your Allow. A turn can be stopped at any time.

Licensing

Model QA is exclusively available as part of Digitteck Suite. You must have an active Digitteck Suite subscription from the Autodesk App Store and be logged into Revit with your Suite subscription email.
